These are the milestones I've decided upon. Some are closer together than others, but that is just the way it worked out. Rewards are undecided, if I do stick with clothing, I'll post what I've picked out. The goal I am working on is in bold.
1. Reach 306 lbs - No longer Super Obese (7/20/15)
2. Reach 299 lbs - Less than my HS graduation weight of 301 lbs - Never going back! (8/01/15)
3. Reach 289 lbs - 25% of excess weight lost (8/27/15)
4. Reach 275 lbs (9/25/15)
5. Reach 262 lbs (10/28/15)
6. Reach 250 lbs (12/08/15)
7. Reach 244 lbs - 50% of excess weight lost (01/08/16)
8. Reach 241 lbs - No longer Morbidly Obese (1/12/16)
9. Reach 225 lbs (3/03/16)
10. Reach 213 lbs - No longer Severely Obese (06/08/16)
11. Reach 199 lbs - 75% of excess weight lost - Onederland!!!!!!!!!!!! (11/04/2016)
12. Reach 195 lbs (3/06/17)
13. Reach 190 lbs
14. Reach 185 lbs - No longer Obese
15. Reach 180 lbs - I will literally be half the weight I was at my highest weight. I have not weighed so little since I was 12 years old.
I will be utterly happy to stop here. Based on my surgeon's average outcomes, 180 lbs would be slightly more than the average 82% excess weight lost that most of his patient's achieve.
About an 86% excess weight lost to be a little more precise. But that still leaves my BMI in the overweight range. So here are my "Pie in the Sky" goals.
16. Reach 175 lbs
17. Reach 170 lbs
18. Reach 165 lbs - Half the weight I was the day of surgery
19. Reach 160 lbs
20. Reach 154 lbs - 100% of excess weight lost - No longer Overweight.
If any of these bottom goals are reaching, I will do something/buy something extra special for myself.
